Ginger’s NEW Holiday Themed Pop-Up opens Nov. 15th.

I am excited to announce the opening of Ginger’s Cocktail Bar, a NEW Holiday Themed Pop-Up that will bring festive cheer to Toronto starting Nov. 15th.

Located upstairs at Le Dolci Culinary Classroom, this enchanting winter wonderland promises a magical experience for everyone. My team and I have been working on this for 2 years and we can't wait for you to see it!

Ginger’s Details:

Opening Date: November 15, 2024
Hours: Tuesdays through Sundays from 6 PM to 12midnight
Family-friendly 6-8 PM, 19+ after 8 PM
Reservations: $25 (includes a $5 donation to The Daily Bread Food Bank and $20 toward your bill)
Location: Le Dolci Culinary Classroom, 12 Sousa Mendes Street, Junction, Toronto

Join us for festive décor, holiday music, alcoholic and non-alcoholic seasonal drinks like our Snow Globe Frosty, Gingerbread Martini or Hot Chocolate with lots of whipped cream.

For those with a sweet tooth, we have a selection of delicious baked treats, including Gingerbread People Cookies, S'mores Butter Tarts, and the most delicious Ginger Molasses Cookies. And a few savoury bites like our holiday turkey sandwich and vegetarian salad which are delish.

Supporting the Daily Bread Food Bank: When you make a reservation, $5 will go to the Daily Bread Food Bank. We have three seatings at 6, 8 and 10pm.

Ginger’s Cocktail Bar is designed for anyone who loves the magic of the holiday season and appreciates well-made, beautiful drinks and scrumptious sweets.

We’ve had so much fun transforming our studio into a Santa-approved, festive paradise that’s perfect for friends, family, or colleagues to celebrate together.

Reservations can be easily booked online, and walk-in tables will also be available.
