Ginger’s Cocktail Bar Opens November 15 in the Junction Toronto
Toronto is getting a delicious new festive pop up this season with Ginger’s Cocktail Bar, opening Friday, November 15th at Le Dolci Culinary Classroom & Studio at 12 Sousa Mendes Street in the Junction neighbourhood. The upper level of the culinary studio has been transformed to provide a joyful and immersive Christmas experience with holiday-inspired décor, music, drinks, sweets, photo opportunities and more.
Guests to Ginger’s Cocktail bar will enjoy a winter wonderland adventure filled with Christmas décor, cheerful music, tasty cocktails such as Christmas Island Cheer, Snow Globe Frosty, Sugar Plum Spritz, Santa’s Red Slay, Jingle Bell Sip, Gingerbread Martini and Sugar Cookie Shooter, as well as alcohol-free beverages including Hot Chocolate, Jingle Berry Sparkler, Jolly Apple Fizz and Hug in a Mug. Those looking to indulge their sweet tooth can also order from a menu of festive treats including Maple Pumpkin Scones, Snickers Butter Tarts, Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies, Fererro Rocher Logs, Iced Lemon & Cranberry Cookies, Ginger Molasses Cookies and Pumpkin Pie Butter Tarts.
The family-friendly pop up is open from November 15th through December 24th from 5pm to 12am daily. Reservations are available to book online for $25 which includes a $5 donation to The Daily Bread Food Bank as well as $20 towards the bill; tables for walk-ins will also always be available.

On the main studio level, Le Dolci will host an array of holiday classes and workshops throughout the season, including Sugar Cookie Decorating, Winter Wonderland Cake Decorating and Apple Pie Making classes.
