Chef Stephanie

Meet Chef Stephanie, a self-taught baker who joined Le Dolci in 2020. With a passion for cakes and fondant, she teaches a variety of classes including cake decorating, macarons, doughnuts, pasta, scones, focaccia, cinnamon buns, and kids' camps. Stephanie's personal IG account shows all of her WOW creation check it out @cocoandchasha & she is an amazing teacher and camp leader. 

Chef Rebecca

Meet Chef Rebecca, a baking and pastry artist who has journeyed from intern to teacher atLeDolci. Rebecca is a professional dancer and spent many years in Spain dancing for the Compañía Nacional de Danza. When she is not at the National Ballet School in Toronto, she is teaching intricate cake decorating classes and bringing joy to birthday parties with her energy and enthusiasm in the kitchen.

Chef Lara

Meet Chef Lara, a skilled baker with over 16 years of expertise working at some of the best pastry shops in Toronto, including Madeleines Cherry Pie and Ice Cream. Lara is our in-house pie Queen & she specializes in teaching bread, croissants and our newest class, Cocktail Mixology.  Chef Lara has the most vibrant personality and all of her classes are entertaining and fact filled.

Chef Shruti

Meet Chef Shruti, a dynamic pastry chef blending baking magic with a rich background spanning over 7 years in the culinary industry in India and Canada. Chef Shruti specializes in teaching cake decorating and macaron classes and all things French pastry. When she's not in the kitchen she's working on her flavoured butter business called Whipdd, check it out, it's yummy!

Chef Imke

Meet Chef Imke. Chef Imke has a background in classic culinary training from South Africa and spent many years in Nigeria studying and exploring foods and crafting up delicious recipes. Chef Imke loves teaching French pastry classes and loves sharing her passion for baking.

Chef Vanessa

Meet Chef Vanessa, she is our Head Chef expert at Le Dolci who specializes in breads, doughs and French pastries. Born and raised in the vibrant city of Dubai, she infuses her culinary creations with the rich flavours of her hometown. When she's not in the kitchen, Vanessa enjoys swimming and snorkelling, finding inspiration in the serene beauty of the beaches she loves so much.

Chef Juan

Meet Chef Juan. Juan has been working in the food industry for more than 8 years focused in formulating new recipes for breads, pastries and any sweets.

Currently Chef Juan is exploring the pasta world.

Born in Honduras he's lived abroad in cities such as Paris, Orlando, Chicago and now residing in Toronto. In his free time he likes to enjoy outdoor runs, eating with friends and traveling to new countries. 

Hellen K

Meet Hellen K who is our party booking Queen. She helps groups large and small have the best time here at the school.

Chef Inci

Meet Chef Inci a multi-award-winning Chocolate & Pastry Chef specializing in chocolates, cakes, and sculpted cakes.

Chef Inci participated in the Turkish National Culinary Team, competing in international competitions and
winning several medals—including 9 gold and 1 silver. Among her achievements is the gold medal-
winning Albert Einstein sculpted cake at the 2016 IKA Culinary Olympics.

Her work has been published in numerous magazines, and she was an official judge at Cake International since 2019.

In 2021, she worked as a Chocolate and Pastry Instructor
Chef at USLA.


Currently, she is working as an Instructor Chef at Le Dolci Culinary Classroom in Toronto and giving
individual and corporate workshops.

Chef Megan

Chef Megan is a self taught baker with a passion for buttercream cake decorating and royal icing cookies.

She studied English and History at Trent University with aspirations of becoming a teacher before deciding to pursue her true passion of baking by starting her own bakery business run out of her small Brampton apartment.

Now Megan Teaches a variety of classes here at Le Dolci Culinary School.

Lisa Sanguedolce

Meet Lisa, the Owner & Founder of Le Dolci Culinary Classroom, Le Dolci Bakery and Elle Dee Cakes (both bakeries now sold).

She is our fearless leader and juggles all things sales, marketing, HR and new class development and partnerships at Le Dolci Culinary School.
