Five days, five continents, five iconic bakes:
• Europe: Scones with homemade strawberry jam
• Asia: Japanese melon buns
• Australia: Lamingtons
• North America: Canadian butter tarts
• South America: Alfajores with dulce de leche
The week wraps up with a camper-run Bake Sale on Friday!
Decorating Week: From Crumb Coat to Castle
Each day builds new skills toward a showpiece finale:
• Intro to Cake Decorating: Stacking, crumb coating and piping
• Fondant: Covering cakes and sculpting figurines
• Floral Cupcakes: Piped rosettes and fondant flowers
• Beach House: A graham cracker beach house with sugar cookie people
• Fairy House & Medieval Castle Cakes
The week wraps up with a camper-run Bake Sale on Friday!

REFUND POLICY:
For summer camp bookings, cancellations made at least 14 days before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund or credit.
MISSED DAYS OF CAMP:
Missed days of camp are non refundable
