  • A box full of your own beautifully crafted crème puffs, ready to impress your family and friends
  • An understanding of choux paste and its versatility
  • The know how to recreate your pastries at home
  • The recipes covered in the class: choux pastry, chocolate glaze, and crème pâtissière. These will be emailed to you at the time of booking

Excellent Class!

The instructor Resham was extremely knowledgeable having worked highly professionally and internationally in the pastry, and dessert field. She really helped us hone our technique to make a perfectly hallow pastry and delicious custard filling. It was a great learning experience and fun couples class (went with my husband). It’s pricy but you get what you pay for. I would take another class with them.

Wonderful

Bought this masterclass as a Xmas present for a friend of mine, neither of us being bakers. The class was so much fun and such a great experience. The chef was patient, explained all the steps in an easy way we could understand and though our choux and eclairs weren't perfect they were delicious! Maybe 2.5hrs would be a better class length or maybe the demo not lasting 1hr would give us more time to try and make our choux. Would easily recommend this class- so much better then just your normal present.
