Welcome to the first edition of Le Dolci Bakery's Recipe Vault!
We're excited to share the delicious recipes that made our bakery famous. We opened our bakery in 2011 at 1006 Dundas Street West across from the beautiful Trinity Bellwoods Park and sold it in 2022 when it was located at 2700 Dufferin Street and we were supplying cakes to Fortinos, Loblaws and Mc Ewans.

- Take your butter out of the fridge the night before so it's at the perfect consistency
