In Intro to Masking & Piping you'll learn to fill and stack a 3 layer cake. You'll crumb coat and then cover your cake in luxurious buttercream. Next you'll create shells and rosettes to finish your cake. This is a great beginner class that teaches the basics of working with buttercream and teaches you on trend designs and how to easily work with piping tips! So you can make your cake beautiful and then eat it too.
